Before reaching out, it’s worth checking whether your question is already answered in one of our guides: every language edition includes a full FAQ section covering activation problems, speed settings, and the YouTube/Chrome integration fix, and those FAQs are updated whenever we hear the same question repeated by multiple readers.

If you’d like to get in touch, here’s what’s most useful for us to receive: which language edition of the guide you were reading, which specific step or screenshot didn’t match what you saw, your Windows version, and (if relevant) your IDM version number, which is visible in IDM’s Help → About window. That context lets us reproduce the issue and update the guide accurately rather than guessing.

We also welcome requests for new language editions. If your language isn’t covered yet and you believe there’s real search demand for IDM guidance in it, let us know, our approach to prioritizing new languages is based on real keyword volume per country, so evidence of demand genuinely helps.
